I love you girls, super awesome, you don’t need me to tell you to keep going that’s for sure! I would say with this one though not to forget to praise your body when she has done really well, give her a well earned treat and a rest, and she will work even harder for drill sergeant mind next time round! (Instead of burning out and rebelling as they can do when they get a bit older like mine )
